1. Where do you ship?

We currently ship only within the United States.

At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

2. How much does shipping cost?

We charge a flat shipping rate of $6.99 per order.

There are no hidden shipping or handling fees.

3. How long does shipping take?

Estimated delivery times are:

  • Order Processing: 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday)
  • Shipping Transit: 2–5 business days (Monday–Friday)

Delivery times may vary depending on your location and carrier operations.

4. What is your daily order cut-off time?

Orders placed before 5:00 PM Eastern Time (ET) are processed as quickly as possible on the same business day.

Orders placed after 5:00 PM ET begin processing on the next business day.

5. Which shipping carriers do you use?

Orders may be shipped using:

  • USPS
  • UPS
  • FedEx

The carrier is selected based on destination and operational efficiency.

6. What payment methods do you accept?

We currently accept:

  • Debit Cards

Credit and debit card payments are securely processed through PayPal.

7. Do I need a PayPal account to pay?

No.

You may choose the Debit or Credit Card option during checkout and pay securely without creating a PayPal account.

8. When will my payment be charged?

Payment is authorized when your order is placed successfully.

Orders begin processing only after payment has been successfully authorized.

9. Can I cancel my order?

Yes, if your order has not yet entered fulfillment.

Once an order has entered processing or has shipped, cancellation may no longer be available.

Eligible items may be returned within 60 calendar days after delivery.

12. How long does it take to receive a refund?

Approved refunds are generally processed within 7 business days after the returned item has been received and approved.

Your financial institution may require additional processing time before the funds appear in your account.

13. Who pays for return shipping?

For approved returns, we will send a prepaid return shipping label to your email.

Simply download, print, and attach the label to your return package.

14. Do you charge restocking or storage fees?

No.

We do not charge:

15. How do I track my order?

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email that includes:

Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to become active.

At this time, we accept orders for delivery within the United States only.

24. What if I entered the wrong shipping address?

If your order has not yet entered fulfillment, we will make every reasonable effort to update your shipping information.

Once the order has shipped, address changes are generally no longer possible.
